WSC is launching a new project to ensure Scotland welcomes every worker through communications and movement building work. We have been successful in receiving a three year grant from the Robertson Trust to develop values and worker-led campaigns and to build a movement of support to influence change in people's lives.
Through our communications work we will support workers to take the lead in public discourses affecting their lives. We will work together to communicate a vision of a Scotland where all workers are treated with dignity and respect and where there is no tolerance for labour abuse and exploitation. We will actively build a movement of people who welcome and stand in solidarity with all workers in Scotland.
With this funding we will work together creatively for change, sharing stories of hope. We will focus on solutions, and what we are for as a country, building solidarity for a Scotland that welcomes every worker.
