The guide now reflects the latest Agricultural Minimum Wage and National Living Wage rates, including the new minimum rate of £12.71 per hour, alongside other changes such as the new Statutory Sick Pay which is now available from the first day of sickness.

It was launched with 21 seasonal farm workers who shared their experiences of unfair pay and wage theft, including being paid for the amount picked rather than the hours worked. With support from the University of Glasgow Open Justice Centre, we developed this practical tool that every worker on the UK Seasonal Worker visa can use to evidence their work.
But this resource is about more than keeping records. It contributed to national conversations about pay, payslips and enforcement, and helped secure commitment from the UK Director of Labour Market Enforcement to review farm worker payslips.
This is proof that when workers know their rights, keep evidence and speak out together, they can make things better for every worker who come to do vital jobs in our communities. Together, they are already shaping a fairer Scotland.
