We’re proud to share new and continued funding for the Worker Support Centre that will support people who come to Scotland to work in seasonal agriculture and social care.

This month, we’re delighted to welcome three new funders: AB Charitable Trust, John Ellerman Foundation, and The Gannochy Trust. We’re also grateful to Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust (JRCT) for continuing its longstanding commitment to our work.

“We’re excited to be growing as an organisation, and more importantly to be growing a movement together with workers to advance change.” – Caroline Robinson WSC Executive Director.

This kind of core multi-year funding doesn’t just sustain our work, it affirms the leadership of workers in seasonal agriculture and social care, who are showing what fair work in Scotland should look like in practice.

Fundraising can be a lonely, sometimes discouraging process. But what stood out in recent months was the quality of conversations with funders who listened, asked thoughtful questions, and engaged with the expertise of workers.

To every funder and individual supporter who has taken the time to understand our work: thank you.

You are helping us build a Scotland that welcomes every worker.
