How you can get involved with our work
We are always inviting workers to join our community and are actively building a movement of supporters and allies. See how to get in touch and join our movement. Alternatively if you’re interested in joining our team then look out for jobs here. Or see how you can donate to keep our work growing.

Join our Worker Power Community
Our Worker Power community sessions offer connection, relaxation, a space to share and offer solidarity and an opportunity to develop solutions for safer, fairer workplaces. Ask one of our team about the next meeting, come along and bring a friend.

Collaborate with us
Get in touch if you’ve a collaboration in mind, or just want to support but don’t know how. We are working with artists, researchers, lawyers, academics, trade unions, community groups and members of the public to build a movement, provide services and make change. Chat to a member of the team.
Work with us
We’re a small, friendly and supportive team based in beautiful Perth, working across Scotland to drive change for workers. We offer flexible work, a generous holiday allowance and a working culture rooted in solidarity, inclusion and respect. We are proud to be a Fair Work First employer, committed to fair pay, effective worker voice, security of work, opportunity and fulfilment. When roles open, we look for people who share our commitment to justice, who value working alongside others, and who want to make a real difference.
We are committed to supporting you with your application. If you feel you meet some of the criteria but not all, we really hope you’ll enquire and learn more. We particularly encourage applications from candidates with protected characteristics. If you require reasonable adjustments to any part of our selection process or would like to discuss then please contact us on recruitment@workersupportcentre.org.uk
