Eglė Sirtautaitė
Eglė is a multidisciplinary artist and facilitator working at the meeting point of creativity, community weaving, and wellbeing. Her role with WSC aims to foster connection and solidarity between workers on tied and temporary visas and local service providers and the wider public in Perth and Kinross. She has led and collaborated on projects with charities, museums, grassroots organisations, and community groups across Scotland, supporting participants from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, including people experiencing isolation, vulnerable mental health, navigating major life transitions and end-of-life. Originally from Lithuania and now based in rural Perthshire, Eglė draws inspiration from folklore, the land, and the rhythm of the seasons. Eglė speaks Lithuanian and basic Russian, Polish and Italian.
